All participants and accompanying persons must register for the conference. Early bird registrations are due on July 1st, 2022. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, the Organizing Committee will confirm your participation in the conference and participants will receive a formal confirmation and payment receipt.

The registration fee includes welcome reception and coffee breaks during the conference, admission to all scientific sessions (talks, posters, symposia), conference material (conference bag, printed program, additional gadgets), farewell party, and administration costs.

Registration fees:
Within July 1st, 2022:

  • Regular participants: 160 EUR
  • Students: 70 EUR
  • Retired: 80 EUR
  • Accompanying person: 80 EUR

After July 1st, 2022:

  • Regular participants: 180 EUR
  • Students: 80 EUR
  • Retired: 100 EUR
  • Accompanying person: 100 EUR

Social dinner (date Wednesday September 7th at 19.00): 70 EUR

Payment methods
All payments must be made in Euros. Payments must be made through PayPal: this system allows paying with  credit cards and PayPal account. Note that this method allows you to pay by credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Admission to the meeting is granted only if the Organizing Committee has received the registration fee. Registration fee is also required to issue the conference attendance certificate.

Refund registration fee and cancellation policy
Cancellations before August 1st, 2022, are refunded in total. From August 2nd to September 1st cancellations are refunded at 50% of the fees paid. For cancellations after September 1st, 2022, there will be no refund.

In case you are unable to attend the meeting, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. However, the original participant should provide a letter of authorization along with a letter of cancellation to the Organizing Committee before September 1st, 2022. This information should include the name of the substitute delegate.

In the event that the 14th Alps Adria Psychology Conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the Conference Organizers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future congress, or to reimburse the attendee after deducting costs already incurred for the organization of the Congress and which could not be recovered from third parties.

Student registration
Students full-time enrolled in a college or university can register as a student for the reduced fee. Proof of status is required to process your application. Postdocs are not eligible for the discounted student rate.
